Holiday Aperol Gin Sour

 

For my gin & Aperol lovers out there, try this Holiday Aperol Gin Sour

1.5 oz Gin (I used @fourpillarsgin )
1 oz Aperol
3/4 oz Lemon Juice
1/2 oz Maple Syrup
2-3 sprigs of thyme
1 egg white
Ice
Garnish: fresh thyme

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake without ice.
Add ice and shake again.
Strain into a coupe glass & garnish.
